technologies could be applied within their organization

Industry Conference |

Conducted 2-4
times per year the industry analysts will sponsor Customer
Relationship Management seminars. These seminars provide an
excellent forum to become familiar with various technologies and
best practices.

Here are some
tips for getting the most value out of your time....
1) Plan
on joining the general sessions. Generally these sessions
provides you the opportunity to hear from nationally recognized
speakers.
2) Search
through the available workshops and plan on attending 3-5
sessions that are relevant to your needs. It is a
good opportunity get your specific questions answered.
3) If
they are hosting a vendor exhibit, allocate 2-4 hours to view
products and get familiar with the various vendor offerings in
the market.

If possible, bring a friend so that you can compare notes in the
evenings.
